How can I download my purchased files?

When you purchase downloads from, you will receive an e-mail receipt with links to your files. Click each link to download the file. Additionally, the links will be available by viewing the transaction at the bottom of your Account page.

Note for iOS users: Files must be downloaded onto a computer and added to iTunes in order to synchronize with your device.

Where can I get performances from previous years?

Music for All will add audio content for previous years as the content is made available and the copyright information is completed.

How many times am I able to download my purchases? allows five downloads per audio product purchased. After (5) downloads, the link will expire and you will not be able to re-download without an additional purchase.

What if I lose my digital files or my computer is lost or stolen?

After downloading, files purchased from are the responsibility of the user. Each file will be able to be downloaded (5) times after which the link will expire and you will not be able to re-download without an additional purchase. We recommend moving files out of your download folder and importing them into your audio player of choice (such as iTunes).

What format are the files delivered in?

Audio product download files provide links to 192 kbps, 44.1kHz .mp3 audio (good audio quality, smaller size, compatible with more devices and phones).

How long will it take for me to get my files?

Files are available immediately after checking out. Download times depend on your internet connection.

Do I have to register for an account?

Yes. If you do not register before you go to purchase your products, you will be asked to complete registration as a part of checking out. This is to allow you to access your download links as well as provide with the proper information to provide you with support if the need should arise. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Once you register, you will be redirected to the ‘Account’ page where you will need to input your first and last name, then “save changes” or “save and submit”. This is because first and last name are not initiated on registration, but after.

Is my purchase by credit card safe?

Yes. All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected and processed using the highest level of payment processing security. All credit card numbers are encrypted and your information is securely transmitted during the processing of all payments.

Can I get a refund for my digital download purchases?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for digital downloads. Our downloads are free of DRM (Digital Rights Management), which means they cannot be restricted or returned.
